Girls Program

Ages 8-17

A Place Built for Girls

The Girls Program is a dedicated skills development session for female athletes ages 8–17. All skill levels — beginners train alongside experienced players, and instruction meets every athlete where they are.

This isn’t a watered-down version of the coed program. It’s a focused, supportive environment where girls build confidence, skill, and basketball IQ with coaching designed for them.

What We Work On

Ball handling, shooting form, footwork, defensive positioning, and game sense. The same fundamentals and advanced instruction the coed sessions get — in a session that’s theirs.
